- A Premier Plus GP can enroll you on the Disease Prevention Programme.
Once enrolled, you have access to:

- For early detection of any potential health risks, which allows for better treatment and management of more serious conditions and potentially identifying your eligibility for the Disease Prevention Programme.
- It can help reduce your healthcare costs over time by enabling early intervention and better management of your health.
- It helps to inform your doctor and other healthcare providers for more personalised and appropriate care.
